• Hinge set allows door to swing up to 180 degrees (depending on trim).
• For door heights ranging from 60″ to 90″ and door widths up to 3 feet 6 inches.
• Set includes wood screws, machine screws and masonry anchors for the bottom pivot.
• Hinge set us UL Listed.
• Bottom pivot attaches to floor.
• Pivot point of hinge set is 3/4″ (measured to face of door).
• Door edges must be beveled (1/8″ in 2″).
