Andersen 942 Sash Balancer – Block and Tackle with Shoe

Works with 400 Series Tilt-Wash Double-Hung windows manufactured from 1992 to Present.
This is a block and tackle balancer with a shoe.
There are separate sash balancers for the upper and lower sash.
Andersen made changes to the balanace design in November 2016. When replacing balances on windows before 2016 you’ll need to order two.

Note: This balancer may work on either Tilt-Wash (DC) units manufactured from 1992 to 1996 and Tilt-Wash (TW) units from 1996 to Present. For replacement instructions view the ‘Size Guide & Instructions’ section.
