- Safe to powder coat with hinges installed on gate.
- Two sealed roller bearings (no greasing necessary).
- Made to bolt or weld on to 4″ wide fence posts.
- Wider brackets enable anchor points to be positioned at the sides, rather than the center of the fence post which will help reduce flexing and prevent fatigue in the fence post.
- No maintenance or greasing needed on the sealed bearing hinges, EVER!
- Maximum Gate Load: 1,000 pounds.
- Maximum Gate Weight: 600 pounds.
- Designed for gates no larger than 8 feet tall & 6 feet wide.

To achieve listed weight ratings:
- It is necessary to employ standard and acceptable welding practices.
- Grade 5 or better bolts must be used for attachment.
- Note: we do not stock grade 5 or better bolts, they must be purchased from your local hardware store.
