Description
- Rixson style heavy duty pivot assembly for commercial double acting interior doors of average frequency use.
- For door thickness of 1-3/8″ and 1-3/4″
- Top door plate has an oil impregnated bronze bearing.
- Bottom door plate has smooth acting ball bearing unit.
- Bottom bracket is frame mounted and must be floor supported.
- Pivot point 1-1/4″ from jamb.
- PLEASE NOTE: This is not a self-closing hinge. The hinge does not return to center automatically.
- Top and Bottom Brackets are prime coated. Brackets are exposed when the door is in the open position.
- Prime coated brackets allow for painting to match the surrounding materials.
