The Rapid Z line is designed as an all-purpose system, built with stainless steel arbors, to work seamlessly together. Both Rapid Z-CUT and Rapid Z-DRUM products are engineered to have the same height, eliminating the need for height adjustments when grinding sink cutouts with the Sink BULL. This system ensures efficient, precise, and cost-effective sink cutout production.
Rapid Z-DRUMS
The 3″ vacuum brazed diamond drum wheels are the first of their kind with reversible and replaceable drums, offering extended tool life and cost savings. These drums are specially designed to work hand-in-hand with the Rapid Z-CUT and the Sink BULL for perfect sink cutouts every time.
- 1″ vacuum brazed diamond drum wheels are also available for tight radius corners.
Key Features:
- Reversible: When the diamonds dull, simply flip the drum by removing one bolt, allowing the back side of the diamonds to be used.
- Replaceable: When the diamonds are completely worn, save time and money by replacing only the drum.
