Sikalastic-625 N is a high-performance, one-part polyurethane liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It is designed for both new constructions and refurbishment projects, providing a flexible, seamless waterproofing solution using Sika’s unique i-Cure technology. The product is ideal for unreinforced waterproofing of profiled metal roofs and reinforced waterproofing of flat and pitched roof structures, communal walkways, podium decks, and roof terraces exposed to pedestrian traffic. It is suitable for a variety of substrates including concrete, cementitious substrates, bituminous felt, coatings, brick, natural stone, fibre cement, metal, wood, and unglazed ceramic tiles. The product’s cold-applied nature requires no heat or flame during application, making it safe and easy to apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray. It is resistant to foot traffic, permeable to water vapor, and offers excellent UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance in various weather conditions.
